Authors' Instructions

The Authors’ Instructions and the Template that can be used for submissions can be viewed or downloaded as Word files.

If using Netscape, by following the links below you will be prompted to either open the file remotely or download and save the file to your own computer.

If using Microsoft Internet Explorer, the following links will open the file in this frame of the site's page. To save the file to your own computer select the Save As option from the File menu and save the file as normal.
